Kuil Sri Mariamman Kuantan by ATXtraveler
Kuantan is definitely a hub of cultural diversity, as is most of Malaysia. In specific, Kuantan is home to a Hindu temple, which is located in the middle of the city. Kuil Sri Mariamman Kuantan is a small Hindu temple which has very intriquite painted idols to their Gods.
One of my favorite items in this temple was actually the rain gutters, which were both a tiger head and an elephant trunk. Due to the weather on the day that we went, we were fortunate enough to see these gutters in action, and a elephant trunk even sprayed me!
