-Hotel is spanking new (at time of writing July 2008).
-At times, the weather around the hotel is possibly 24-25 degrees and very cooling
- The hotel will organize daytrip to explore the Royal Belum Forest Complex.
- 3 or 4 Star Rating, Urban Dwellers will likely like the interior/exterior design touch to hotel, room and landscaping.

Cons
-No TVs (but that's ok since you are really smack in the middle of nature & a 130 million year old forest complex is awaiting for you to explore it right outside the doorstep of the hotel!
-The hotel restaurant needs to improve on its service and food quality

Liked — Clean & Modern Fixtures.
Disliked — Food can only be found at the hotel restaurant and the nearest town is 45 mins away.
