I'm not sure what the real Waldorf would think of its Georgetown namesake but I haven't heard anything about multi-million lawsuits being issued. This is a fairly typical Chinese hotel at the lower end of the scale. Room rates are around RM40-50. The rooms are not very nice and the bathrooms match. I looked at one and saw a huge mosquito buzzing around. A sure place to catch Malaria or Dengue. Not recommended but if you are on a budget, or stuck for somewhere to stay, it may be an option.
The Waldorf has a "Health Centre" attached (see tip in the General Tips) section. From the hotel reception you can look through the glass into the health centre and see all the girls on display.
