Cozzi Hotel

Cozzi Hotel - not really cozy..

suitable for those who spend most of their time outside.

the facilities are too basic, and quite poorly maintained. i was given a room with poor A/C (no remote control) & broken tv (even though it's an LCD tv). after talking to the receptionist (who was quite nice n well mannered anyway), they replace the tv with a small and dusty 14" tv. and i thought, well ok, as long as i can watch something then i'm ok with that. but then i wanted to use the towel (2 towels were given), one of them smelled so bad. there u go.. another poor quality service from them. not to mention, there's not even a kettle in a room. u have to go down to the lobby to get boiled water where there was a kettle, but no glass or cup!

my room had a connecting door to the next room which apparently was for staff. it was annoying when break time, the staffs went in and out of the room and talking loudly, even during the midnight time. my sleep was disturbed so many times as i could listen clearly what they're talking about.

other than that, i'm still having my fun here. there'a a swimming pool (even though the slide had broken down) but the pool was clean. plus the walking distance to the nearby food stalls saving my car fuel!

Unique Quality: if u're looking for a budget hotel near to Telok Kemang beach, then this is the right place. The price is cheap, located near to the beach & food stalls. However, they only have basic facilies - deluxe room w shower, A/C n LCD tv and also there's a swimming pool inside the hotel. no problem with parking. staffs are nice n friendly.
