Hotel by the street - looks nice from outside
Can't stand bad smell of carpets here. They don't maintain the place properly.

My stay here was not that bad...but not that great either. I guess it was average. The room was clean...toilet was also clean. Not much facilities here. If you're looking for a place with a spa, lounge, proper gym n etc...go to other place. What I can say about Permai Inn is that...if you're in town for a short while n not planning to spend time in your room n the hotel...this might be a good place for you.
If you're bored eating hotel food...there're a few restaurants just outside the hotel...n there's also a food court by the Batu Burok Beach...not so far from the hotel (about 5-10 min walk).
