The service was ok. Facilities n amenities were ok as well. The only thing is it's quite an old hotel and not really maintained, so the place looks a bit out dated. Housekeeping was quite lazy...they didn't really clean the room well. I definitely won't be coming to this hotel again.
The only thing I like was its beach view...I got a seaview room...so that was the only thing that made me really happy...other than that...none.
The hotel is located on the beach front which is part of Pantai Batu Buruk. The hotel was established in 1984. It used to be a little run down but there seems to be a lot of improvements made and I have little to complain about from my latest stay in October 2009.
This is my hotel of choice when ever I'm in town because of the long sandy beach with many recreational sporting facilities such as beach volleyball and beach soccer belonging to the hotel. The hotel is also right in the city making places of attractions in town within easy reach. Each room is with its own attached balcony overlooking the South China Sea.
Directions: The hotel has achieved and iconic status to the city. Mention the name of this hotel and you will be shown the direction by just anyone on the street.
