Value for money! Aircon works, clean toilets and bathrooms. friendly staff.
Unique Quality: 1st floor view overlooks a little row of shops selling fish and vegetables with a river thrown in. placid scene.

Budget and cheap hostel for backpackers or climbers. Very friendly and helpful e.g. arranging transport to KK park for climbing with reasonable price.

A great place to stay
Great place to stay had free pickup from airport. Rooms were new and spotless, owner was very helpful. Loads of information and tours to go on. Location lets it down slightly about as its about 15-20 minutes walk from the town centre near a load of garages.

nice place at australia place
after have jumpy feeling [hahaha] stay at top 5 stars hotel, resort and spa for official visit, i jump to this small, comfy and relaxing place in the heart of australia place in kota kinabalu.
friendly staff and situated out of hectic area in the city. not so far from 5 stars hotels and waterfront.
Unique Quality: there's a coffee museum named kopitiam in the ground floor.

We were very satisfied with the service and facilities.
The staffs are friendly and very helpful, they even gave us discounts for additional nights we extended.
They provide bread, toaster, coffee, tea for breakfast.
Air-con rooms.

Brand new and very comfortable (Sept 05)
A great new place in KK. Everything is new and well laid out. The common areas are comfortable and relaxing. Hot showers are a blessing.
Unique Quality: Malcolm was as helpful as any hostel manager I have ever come across. From a friendly pick up at the airport to the occasional free lift down town - this guy was always looking after the guests and their welfare.
