Staff are really attentive and can remember their hotel guests by faces. Staff at the concierge are so friendly and helpful and always served with a sincere heart and smile.
The lobby is a bit small but it's still a business-friendly hotel.
In line with the hotel's motto, you can choose your preferred choice of pillow. Be it feather, foam, contour, cotton pillow etc. To test whether the hotel really makes thing happens, I have laid a small note on my bed to request for a feather pillow. When I return to the hotel at night, I found a plush and good quality feather pillow on my bed together with a card on tomorrow's weather forecast. I slept sweetly and confortably that night, thanks to the feather pillow.
The second test was to test on the hotel maintenance. The light bulb of my desk lamp was burnt out and I have put a note on the table for the housekeeping maid to change it. To my surprise, the bulb has been changed and the housekeeping maid even doodled a picture with a word "Done".
For those TV die-hard fans, there's a speaker built in in the bathroom. While having your bath, you still can listen to your favourite TV programme without missing any part.
There are quite many surprises or unique qualities from this hotel. They have introduced bedside shopping. You can order business or personal items through the receptionist. Items like stationery for your business needs, batteries for camera, condom for emergency, sanitary napkin when in need or panadol when you are not feeling well, etc.
Crowne Plaza really going beyond customer's expectation. It had made my stay memorable and enjoyable. Kudos & keep up with the good work!
