i dont recommend this hotel
the room was good but the bathroom and the cockroach in room is not good and also the buffet breakfast and the elevator is disaster

Helpfulness
Never Judge the Book by Its Cover
I was very disappointed when I entered my room. It was carpeted, but it felt like it wasn't cleaned for the last 6 months. The walls were dirty, and there were pen scribbles. There were two double beds because since I was on a tour package and I shared the room with 3 other friends and we all complained of the linens. It felt itchy, it looked old and it smelled bad. They also didn't defrost their refrigerator that had a small freezer. Their heater still had water inside and it was dirty. They didn't provide towels and there was no bath mat. They also didn't have a shower curtain. Their front office personnel are ok, but their other staff aren't that courteous and I have a feeling they don't understand English all too well since they just look at us when we talk to them.
Unique Quality: The only solace I got was their view. They had a perfect view of the city if your room is on the left side of the hotel which included the Petronas Twin Towers and the Kuala Lumpur Tower.
