I was very disappointed when I entered my room. It was carpeted, but it felt like it wasn't cleaned for the last 6 months. The walls were dirty, and there were pen scribbles. There were two double beds because since I was on a tour package and I shared the room with 3 other friends and we all complained of the linens. It felt itchy, it looked old and it smelled bad. They also didn't defrost their refrigerator that had a small freezer. Their heater still had water inside and it was dirty. They didn't provide towels and there was no bath mat. They also didn't have a shower curtain. Their front office personnel are ok, but their other staff aren't that courteous and I have a feeling they don't understand English all too well since they just look at us when we talk to them.

The only solace I got was their view. They had a perfect view of the city if your room is on the left side of the hotel which included the Petronas Twin Towers and the Kuala Lumpur Tower.
