    I was staying at the Regent (Four Seasons) in KL - and when I went to the Hard Rock Cafe, located inside the Concorde Hotel, I stopped at the front desk for a look at a room. Well, I ended up moving to the Concorde from the Regent. The Concorde is new, clean, and much more reasonably priced. IU would describe the decor as modern contemporary - clean lines. Plus it is a more trendier- younger crowd, with tourists (like me).

    I only viewed and stayed in the Premier Wing.

    I would stay here again!!!

    TV, Mini Bar, Iron and Ironing Board:) Fresh fruit. Hair Dryer, in-room internet access and desk. Changing area off a nice bathroom. Breakfast included over looking the pool. Fast laundry service! And the Premier Check-in was very welcoming, they served tea and cookies while I waited!

    I loved this hotel. The staff was very pleasant and the room was quite nice for the good price. I actually had planned to check out earlier, and due to traffic holding me up, I checked back in and ended up with an even nicer room with a great view of the twin towers. The location was great...walking distances to the towers and to the KL tower. Subway and Monorail to BB very close. Having been out all day, I even ordered room service several times and it was very good too. Laundry was done the same day, which was handy. There is a convenience store across the street, and a handy shop in the hotel. The Hard Rock Cafe is attached.

    There was an included breakfast buffet which was quite adequate. There was a bar/lounge with entertainment each night. The staff was very pleasant and everyone was helpful.

    • An hour's drive from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), the hotel is located in the golden triangle of Kuala Lumpur, amidst the bustling business centre and major tourist attractions.

    It is a 10-minute drive from the Putra World Trade Centre, within walking distance to the Malaysia Tourism Center (MTC), Suria KLCC Shopping Centre, Petronas Twin Towers, Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre and Kuala Lumpur Tower.

    The Hard Rock Cafe (the Malaysian chain) is located within the premises of this Hotel. You can enjoy western food and rock music, party till the wee hours of the night and then crawl back to your room in the Concorde Hotel.

    The Concorde Hotel also have its own entertainment lounges and night clubs playing other genres of music for your enjoyment, in case Rock music is not to your liking!

    • I stayed for 1 night at the Exec Suite at Concorde on the 11th floor, with a fabulous view of the Petronas Tower. The hotel isn't too far from other places. The service was good and prompt. The buffet breakfast was good too. Our room was very nice, although our pleasure of being in KL was cut short by thieves that snatched our bag with valuable goods (of which I have mentioned in detail under theft and pickpocketing section). The staff were considerate enough to let us stay on a few hours after our normal checkout time, as we were very upset.

    • Lobby - Nice and modern
    Rooms - Small and had a smell
    Room amenities - no toothbrush
    F&B - Not so great Dim Sum lunch

    • Value for Money hotel. This hotel is located in the CBD with most business practises nearby. Excellent rooms and good facilities.

    • This was in fact my best hotel stay ever (or so far): I arrived in the middle of the afternoon in this cool reception, sweating and looking like a real tourist. The assistant checked my paper (internet booking) and then guided me to the 'premier check-in'. First I thought that there was something wrong with my booking but it wasnt: I really had booked premier service! I was offered a drink and then checked in and introduced to the hotels amenities and services. The 'premier assistant' led me to the 'premier elevator' which brought me to my 'premier room'. Quite premier, isnt it? ;-) Well, the room really was a cracker (check the website), food was great and as the Hard Rock Cafe is within the same site, I had to go nowhere else. If you're interested in the hotel's medical service (e.g. treating sunburns), just post me a message.

    • I stayed in a room on one of the executive floors - with this you get your private check-in lounge, private lift, private breakfast area...

    The room was huge and very stylishly appointed with sleek modern furniture. The bathroom was also on the large side, ideal for hosting small break-out parties.

    Breakfast for executive floor people was by the pool in a very nice wooden structure, away from the hustle and bustle of the main breakfast area.

    The staff were very friendly, the place very clean, and only 5 minutes walk (brisk) from the Petronas Towers and Lot 10.

    Nice, modern and well appointed - and the ground floor restaurant does excellent nasi-goreng.
