The Empress Sapang
The hotel is near the airport. I was put up here by Malaysia Air due to a layover. It's a pretty good hotel. I had a pleasant stay with three meals a day included at the hotel's Angsang Cafe.
Unique Quality: Rooftop swimming pool 15 stories up.

hi there
can anyone please give advice is the empress hotel sepang near a train or undergrond station, we are in KL for 1 night only and have an early morning flight we get into KLIA at 5.30 pm and would like to get a bite to eat and see city centre and maybe petaling market.
Or should we stay somewhere more convienent?
any help will be gratefully received.

hi damian...
the empress hotel sepang is in the middle of no where... it is normally used as a transit hotel by airlines... and there are no shopping or food outlets within the vicinity... you will probably have to eat in the hotel... it is no way near to any train station at all... the airport coach (coach to ktm nilai) passes by the hotel every 30 mins, but am not sure about the service... if you want to see klumpur, i would suggest that you stay in the city itself...
