Grand Olympic

I called to book this hotel for three days when I arrived at the reception they said I didn't make any booking there is no any reservation for me and I only can stay for 2 days because the hotel apparently fully booked on the third day. That's quite upsetting because most of the hotels in KL are fully booked so we have to go to 5 star hotel for a room 4 times more than this one! The room in this hotel is ok, looks like it has been renovated but the toilet is tiny, the toilet just right in the shower area and the toilet flush doesn't work very well. The window has no lock(broken) and there is roof just outside the window(I stayed in third floor), people can just climb into your room very easily.When we check in the bell boy waited us in the car park tried to help us carry our bags we refused because there aren't many luggage he was unhappy and show us sour face, probably that's because no tips for him! In the next day my husband went to gets breakfast coupon the bell boy was in the reception and not willing to give coupon to my husband. The breakfast has not much option what horrible was the fried rice was burn.

Directions: Nothing around this hotel, you have to walk 20 minutes to get to Chinatown
