Check in was fast and efficient, and the staff were extremely friendly. We booked a one bedroom apartment, but when we arrived, all the one bedrooms were filled, so they upgraded us to a 2 bedroom apartment (making sure we were happy with the arrangements)! We had an AWESOME view of KL city from the balcony (photo provided). So it was an excellent start to our first visit to KL, and we were very excited by the view. The room was very spacious, and the kitchen was large, pretty modern, and very clean. The bedroom was spacious too. And the living/dining area was big too!!! All in all, and very spacious and attractive room!!! Very happy!!!! The only downside to this place is the location.... it's a bit too far to walk to the major shopping area of Bukit Bintang! But if you are happy with catching taxis, or long walks.... than this hotel is fine. But like I said, it's an excellent place to stay (especially if you have a family and want to budget by cooking your own meals in the kitchen)... but just too far out from the main shopping areas.
This place has it's own taxi light too, so any time you need a taxi, they bush the button, their falshing sign turns on, and a taxi usualyl pulls in within about 2-3 minutes..... never have to wait longer than 4 minutes... it's a good system!!! The staff were also very helpful in arranging accommodation in our next destination (Genting Highlands), than they even arranged a private limo to take us, at a very reasonable price!!! Overall it's an excellent place, nice, clean & spacious rooms, and the staff are all delightful.... the only downside is the location!!!!!!
