BEST Stay in KL
Undoubtedly the BEST stay in KL I've ever had. Easy accessibility to major (read:shopping) districts in KL. Staff are extremely welcoming. Bell boy (i think his name is Yuzaiful) was absolutely fabulous and i made a friend instantaneously! He gave tips on how to beat the traffic to get from point A to point B in a jiffy and it worked all the time! Receptionists never failed to offer a warm and inviting smile. Rooms are fantastic and worth every penny. Very high quality finishings indeed. TV with cable channels (CNN, BBC, Discovery, HBO). My children loved the rooms as they could move and play around freely. They adored the pool too and refused to get out (by the time they did, I couldn't tell a prune from my child!)
Will be back in KL at end of the year. No doubt about it - Micasa is where I'll be staying!

Fantastic all Suites hotel-Micasa
stayed there for 2 nights, n just love it. very spacious, very low pricing, starts at USD56 only with one bedroom suite, with 2 breakfast.
the room, walk ways, every where are look like new, the maintenance staff r doing a superb job ! well done ! going to KL nex month, have booked Micasa again, the only choice. as i am driving there, so getting around the town area is not a problem, just 10 mins, we will be in the heart of KL, Bukit Bintang.
Unique Quality: using alot of mid brown coloured timber makes the place comfortable, and everywhere is sparkling flawless, the beds are huge and super comfortable, hardly can find these beds elsewhere.
over value for money, die die must stay there.

Good Business Hotel
I have stayed in the MiCasa twice while in KL on business and plan to stay there when I return to Malaysia. The rooms are fine and roomy with nice bathrooms. The breakfast buffet is a step above average (they had peanut butter which got them on my side). The hotel in in the embassy district. It is a moderate walk or short cab ride to a shopping center should you need snacks or drinks for your room. Be careful as you do have to cross some busy streets and pedestrians are fair game in KL. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Value for money
I stayed at the Micasa for a week with my family over xmas. The 2 bedroom apartments are fantastic for families. The main bedroom has a king size bed with its own marble bathroom, the other room has 2 double beds and it has its own bathroom as well. The kitchen is well appointed should you wish to prepare your own meals. Included in the price we recieved buffet breakfast for 4 which was great, also 4 bottles of water, newspaper daily. The linen on our beds was changed daily which was fantastic. Overall ambience and facilities are good, staff were very helpful. KLCC Suria is walking distance. Taxis are cheap and only a few dollars to centre of town. this hotel is in a quite location just far enough from the hustle and bustle but not too far from everything.
Unique Quality: Every evening between 5.30 - 8 pm there are free cocktails(they mean beer, wine and soft drinks) along with nibbles, these are included in room rate. Great as alcohol is quite expensive right across Malaysia.

An All-Suite Hotel that's Sweet!
My friend and brother and I crashed with some friends at this hotel at Jalan Tun Razak, about 15-20-30mins walk to the Petronas (depends on how fast or slow you walk). I like the fact that the staff at the hotel gives you your privacy. I hate it when staff are too friendly and too eager to help. Plus, the rooms are all-suite, meaning, you've got everything you need in one room! A kitchen complete with supplies (cups, glasses, cookware, utensils, etc.), a living area, bedroom, bathroom, ironing board, balcony... and if you're lucky, a great view of the Petronas Twin Towers right at your window! The accommodations come with breakfast for two (buffet). The hotel also has a swimming pool with water falls at the side and a garden. Definitely, this hotel fits a family, or a group of friends on holiday, or even couples.
Unique Quality: Facilities are very satisfactory, if not great. Security is one thing people should consider, and this hotel secures its guests thru the electronic card key that also operates the elevators (meaning, only hotel guests with keys can go up to their rooms because the key activates the elevator to their respective floors).
The hotel also has a big pool that are suitable for all ages. In addition, Tapas, a fine dining restaurant that serves great food at reasonable prices (well, slightly expensive, maybe) is located at the lobby of the hotel. It's filled with hotel guests and upscale locals from 7pm til midnight (it has a bar too).
I repeat, if you're lucky, you may get a room which faces KLCC with a great view of the Petronas Tower and the rest of the KL skyline.

Appartment accomadation
This was a great stay.
We stayed in a 2 bedroom appartment with kitchen and small living area.
It was the little things that made this hotel such a pleasant stay such as the daily delivery of the newspaper and bottles of water, the free cocktails each evening, the breakfast every morning, the friendly staff and never having to wait for a taxi.
Unique Quality: Close to the city.
Beautiful tropical balinese style pool!
Free evening Cocktails - alcohol is expensive in KL and part of the accomadation package was that between 5pm-8pm there was free cocktails and finger food.
Deciding which hotel to choose from it was this little extra thing that made the decison to go with the Micasa.

Perfect location for travelling around.
I would definitely recommend this hotel as a base for travelling around the Country. It's location, on Jalan Tun Razak - one of the main ring roads around KL, meant we could get to any part of Malaysia without a fuss. (not the easiest thing to do on those roads!!) But it was only a five minute walk across the gardens to the KLCC....or a £2.00 cab ride!! My golfing buddy and I had a two bedroomed suite, which was perfect as I didn't have to put up with his snoring!!!
Unique Quality: The poolview suites have a great view of the pool....(no surprises there!!!) and a fantastic view of the city.

Micasa ( my home) - a credit to its name!
One of the best hotels offering self-serviced apartment suites in the very heart of KL . For about US$50 a night per room, you get a suite consisting of a kitchen, dining room and bedroom with bath en-suite. All rooms are of very generous sizes and furnished for above-average comfort. You're just a 10 minute walk from KLCC,the LRT ( like the metro in most countries) and all things central to KL!! There is also a shuttle service from the hotel to the busiest shopping area i.e Bukit Bintang.
The best thing about this hotel is that even though its in the middle of this bustling city, its surrounding gardens and neighbours ( the Embassies) actually shield the noise away making this a quiet oasis ( yep, it has a great pool!) which is excellent for un-winding whislt you're on holiday. Price of room includes buffet breakfast from the Tapas bar which would not only introduce you to the culinary delights of the local chefs but for those less adventurous, there is also a good selection of western food.
Unique Quality: It boasts of a great restaurant, Cilantro ( expensive but worth every penny as it offers one of the best fine dining in the city), a great Tapas bar which also offers fantastic food at affordable prices ( cheap by international standards!) , tennis courts, gym, laundrette, walk-side cafe, mini-supermarket and again the excellent pool. You've got it all here.

Bestotel doesn't mean the Best - misleading!

I stayed in your hotel just a weekend ago, with COMPLETE DISSATISFACTION!
You should charge half the price because we only get half the value.
Room - Too small
Cleanliness - Your parquet floor is so dusty that we wear shoes all the time, and even dare not take off the shoes when we sleep.
Appliances - Kettles provided was not working and confirmed spoilt.
Extra Pillow - Not allowed after a couple of request attempts. The excuse was, "All our rooms are fully booked". Your rooms are not fully booked at all. There are less than 10 out of 88 rooms occupied, very obvious.
Breakfast - Extra sweet cordial, coffee and tea, bread and butter without butter spreader (no butter knife, you gotta use your fork to do the job, mate), an overfried, dark noodle which is so spicy that everyone had most of them leftover on the plates lying around the cafeteria, oily eggs. I could see a lot of guests left seeking food elsewhere behind the hotel.
Noise - This is very memorable. Your hotel is situated less than 2 metres from the mainroads of Jalan Ipoh. All speeding bikes, cars and loads of loads of traffics going through shakes and rattles the signboard situated just outside our bedroom. You can imagine how loud the noise in the room is.
Comfort - Both beds came with plenty of complimentary cracking and creeking sounds. So loud that you can still hear it with the loud traffic noise from the window.
Safety - Your wobbly ceiling mounted TV is collapsing anytime. You may kill someone!
Air Conditioning - But it either go very cold, or extreme hot and stuffy.
Bathroom - A door lock latch that does not lock. Once you manage to lock it, you'll lock yourself in the bathroom because there aren't any door handle from the inside. Provided 2 glasses, but a mixed variety of glass and plastic.
Conclusion: We stay awake whole night, admiring the extreme noise and thin pillows that we have to fold 4 times to make up a comfortable height.
Unique Quality: Nothing, nothing and nothing. Avoid this.!!
