This is almost the perfect 5 star hotel. Service is the best, I have received anywhere. Rooms are large, and well equipped, including western style restrooms. To date I've spent over 40 nights here, and never had a problem. For the business traveler the Pan Pacific Floor, is perfect. Here you receive the little extras, plus have access to all of the main hotel amenities. The new wireless/high speed access in the rooms makes working from your room easy. However if you don't have a lap top, they still offer a free work station. The free happy hour, is wonderful! Each night is a different selection of foods, to go along with the free drinks. While the main hotel is ran like most any other, the Pan Pacific Floor is a little different. It has it's own small staff, that will quickly learn your desires. More than once I've come in from a hot day only to find my favorite glass of wine waiting for me.

The main part of the hotel offers five restaurants, 24/7 room service, pool, gym, small gift shop, 18 hole golf course, along with several bars. If that wasn't enough they also provide a free shuttle to the mall every two hours, and will assist with any other transportation needs. The only down side, is the location is not in town, but a 30 minute drive. On the other hand the room views are of the garden/pool area or the golf course. Nice to look out and not have to see another building.
