Perfect Location to stay and/or to overnight.
Perfect location, as located in the Kuala Lumpur International Airport. I have stayed there several times, but mostly for overnight stays in order to catch the next days plane, wish had time to stay for longer occacions ...
Hotel is full luxury, very good equipped and large rooms, although very near to airport, double glassed windows of rooms provide good sleep.
Has 24 hours dining, breakfast etc service, food for all tastes as u r from europe or asia, especially good as u try to catch the next flight in the middle of the night and / or arrive from another country as said in the middle of the night.
Very recommandable for business purposes or tourist stays ...

Perfect for comfortable stopover stay
This hotel is perfect for an overnight stay if you are simply stopping over between flights. We used it twice going to and from China, and enjoyed a good night's sleep in 4 star comfort. We found the restaurant food good but uninspiring, and the breakfast good, but not up to the standard of the Sheraton Imperial. We chose the hotel as comments on VT and Trip Advisor about other hotels close to the airport were less than impressive. The Pan Pacific is an indoor walk from the airport which can be made easier by taking the "golf cart" transport directly into the lobby. The room was possibly slightly nicer than the Sheraton but the view and food were not as good. For longer stays I would choose a city centre hotel.

This hotel had everything to offer. Although we were only there for one night the staff were very helpful. There was a Gym that could be used 24 hours a day by the guests. it had a couple of restaurants (although I felt they were over priced)and being at the airport it was handy for a stop over stay. It cost us AU$150 for three people for the night
Unique Quality: They had a complimentary shuttle service between the hotel anD airport which always seemed to be ready and waiting.

Posh hotel in KLIA
The Pan Pacific KLIA is a 5-star hotel located adjacent to KLIA main terminal building, about 10 minutes walk from Level 2. It is convenient especially for those with early departures, late arrivals or have a few hours on transit. There is a lounge where you can enjoy a drink or a meal while listening to music or watch the latest sports news. The restaurant serves a hearty breakfast and includes a selection of local and western fare in its menu.
The rooms are quite big, complete with the basic facilities including high speed internet and departure information is available via the TV channel. The beds are comfortable and fitted in white sheets & duvet. If you find the walk to the hotel a little tiring, there is a complimentary buggy service that shuttles guests between the airport main terminal building and the hotel.
The hotel is very popular with guests coming for the Sepang F1 Grand Prix, so expect room prices to be double and overbooked during this season

The airport almost at your door step
This hotel reminds me very much of Sheraton Frankfurt which is also connected to the airport via a pedestrial bridge. The similarity is obvious!!!
Services are good. Room are spacious. Security of guests are assured through the usage of Security Card Key in the lifts prior to pressing your floor number. Room is spacious. Decorations are appealing & soothing to the eyes. There have broadband internet access in the room - at a fee of course!
You may or may not get the hotel buffet breakfast - have to clearly mentioned during your booking. Otherwise, the food court at the airport serve good food at much reasonable price.
Dont forget to collect the toileteries ...they are off good qualities : - D
There also have a car park which is chargable at a flat rate of RM6 for in-house guest. You need to get the coupon at the reception. The Muslims prayer rooms are also located near to the hotel's exit to the car park.
Dont forget to show your frequent flyer card to collect some points as well.
NOTE: They were recently awarded the Best Businees Airport hotel in Asia for the 5th year in a row.
Unique Quality: What else other than being the nearest hotel to the airportIt just a 5 minutes walk. Upon arrival at the airport, straight to the counter which is on the same arrival area - Level 3. You will be escorted down by the concierge to Level 2 where the golf-buggy is waiting to transport you & your luggages to the hotel lobby. Its complimentary services.
If you decided to push all your luggages on the trolley by yourself, it is allowed up to the hotel lobby area. How convenient!!!
It is very convenient for you if you have an early flight to catch the next day and of course if you have that extra amount of $$$$$$$$$$$ !!!!!

Do NOT stop over!

We booked a one night stop over as we had read the reviews and thought this would be a good hotel to stop in before catching our flight home to the UK.
There is a check in desk at baggage claim and a cute golf buggy that can whiz you to the hotel front desk from the airport.
However, the deluxe room we were provided was BAD. We were really dissappointed as this was said to be a 5 star hotel. The lobby seemed to suggest it was a 5 star estabishment but once you entered the lift and went to your hotel room, you soon find out it is a con!
Our room was extremely dated and the bed was rock hard. SO much for a restful stopover before a 13 hour flight! The room looks like a 3 star motel and we were so glad that we were only staying the night! I would just fly straight home or take the KLIA express and stay the night at one of the city centre hotels.
Excellent Stopover

We stayed for 1 night before flying out again next morning. The hotel is connected to the airport by a covered walkway and the hotel provides a free shuttle cart if you don't want to walk. We wanted to stretch our legs and it only took about 15 minutes. The lobby is very large and luxurious as was our room which had everything in it that you would want. There was also an excellent choice of buffet breakfast in the morning. If you wanted to stay more than 1 night, there is a rail link direct into Kuala Lumpur. For pure convenience, this can't be beaten
Good Convenient Stopover Hotel

Stayed at this hotel for one night prior to an early morning flight to Sydney next day. Check-in went very smoothly and we were quickly in our room, I have stayed at the hotel previously in a junior suite - this time in a deluxe king, which I much preferred. The suite was large and a bit sparsely furnished and seemed dated - the king room was large and well furnished and seemed much more coordinated. Used the free shuttle service back and forth to the terminal several times as our booking included free KLIA Express tickets and we decided to go into KL for dinner. The shuttle was very frequent, fast and the staff were courteous. Didn’t use the hotel pool but it looked very nice from the view from our room. The room was very quiet and the comfortable bed promised a good nights sleep but, unfortunately, a fire alarm woke us in the middle of the night but this was out of the hotels control. Check-in at KLIA next day was a nightmare with horrendous cues that took almost two hours. Would recommend staying at the Pan Pacific if you need to be at the airport for an early departure although later in our vacation we stayed in downtown KL and checked in at the City Air Terminal at Sentral and used the KLIA express to get to the airport. This proved much easier as there were no cues for check-in and on arrival we sailed through the airport.
