Check-in was efficiently & smoothly done. The rate for Parkview & cityview rooms differed by RM20 (based on our corporate rate).
Security is assured as access to guest floors are by the room card key. Upon arrival, the concierge with help you with your luggage which is sent to your room upon your check-in.Reception is on the 5th floor. The front office staff are a helpful & cheerful bunch of people. For group check-in, 1st floor is dedicated just for that.
Parking is complimentary for hotel's guests. Room charges come with breakfast - max. 2 adults. Breakfast is served at Gobo Chit Chat Restaurant on level 5 and they have a wide spread of 'Global' food. It means from local to western and even Japanese & Chinese food included!
The room is spacious and the bathroom too. Clever enough, the wardrobe was designed with mirrored doors so the room look spacious. I think it is the new trend nowadays that even the wall are made of mirrors...not all, but u dont have to fight for it...hahahaha. A relaxing couch is there for you to enjoy the cable channels on the LCD screen TV.
The covered in-door swimming pool is on the 33rd floor. There, it is also the location for Sky Bar. Join them together, it is called Sky Bar Pool! By the way, u dont need to spend a cent to enter the bar if you intend to savour the views only.
Gym is on 26th floor and the Spa is on 34th floor. Information on services offered is available in the room.
Wireless internet access at the lobby is free. Broadband services are available in the room at some charges.

The electricity outlets (socket) are designed in such a way that u dont need an adapter regardless where u are from. It is strategically embedded at the head of the study desk in the room. The desk lamp switch is somewhere there too.
Buggy pick-up & drop-off services from the hotel to the twin towers (at Suria KLCC) at an interval of 10 to 15 minutes from 7.30 am to 2 pm daily. Even if you miss it, the towers are within walking distance through the park or through the pedestrian tunnel from the KL Convention Centre.
