Vistana Hotel Kuala Lumpur

I booked nthis hotel because the price was convenient and the location good as it was in my friend's area.
I arrived at hotel at 8 pm and I had been told that they did not know if my room was ready or not cause their software crashed and they had to check which rooms were cleaned and which were still dirty? Question: do you have still dirty rooms at 8 pm? So many late check out? So I really think that was just an excuse adn I had to wait 40 minuts in the lobby before getting a rom which is not so pleasent after a flight.
The room was nice but as usually in Kuala Lumpur hotels I goy empty minibar and not even the usual complimentary waters. I called room service for a beer and they said they do not have alcohl.

Unique Quality: Free wi-fi that actually worked in the room.

Stayed in this hotel a few times before. The reception staff are friendly enough.

Located near a bus terminal. Restaurants and cafes are only minutes away

Room rates from approximately RM100 onwards. Hotel room and bathroom are nicely furnished.

The rate is attractive and the hotel is usually available even during the holiday seasons.
