Beta Serviced Apartments: Labuan's Tallest Accommodation
opted for the 3br serviced apartments for family... aircond in masterbed was arctic, single room was saharan, living room tropical.
apartment suffers from lack of maintenance and pest control ie roaches infestation.
wi-fi did not work....
living room chairs soiled... curtains... paint..... bathroom.... swimming pool is mini garden...
list is endlessssss
adjoining financial park, very spacious and great view of Labuan from 13f balcony. ample car park.

Hotel Waterfront: A clean and comfortable four star hotel
This is a very good choice to stay at Labuan.It is centrally located and has spacious rooms.The breakfast spread(in most cases included in the room tariff) is good. Service is good.
They have a good gym and a swimming pool.It is located ideally with banks ,golf course,ferry and airport -- all near by.

Sheraton Labuan: Best hotel in Labuan
4 star hotel at a very reasonable price. Situated in the town centre opposite the Financial park, with the pool overlooking an outstanding ocean view, visitors will enjoy a very relaxing time here. It also has a nice bar/club with live band ( altho' the one I saw wasn't very good!) but the music was adequate and coupled with my dancing 'performance', we livened up the place a few notches!
Luxurious double suites, fairly big for the price you pay.
Conveniently central ( just 10 minutes from the airport).
