Lumbini Village Lodge: Reasonable rooms

Most of the guesthouses and low cost hotels in Lumbini are located in Lumbini Bazaar, nnear the entrance in the complex. We’ve chosen the Lumbini Village Lodge following the recommendations in the LP.

Beware of mosquitos during the night.....bring some repellant.

A double, private bathroom (no warm water though) for 400 rupees, internet access for 100 per hour – seemed quite reasonable. However, under no circumstances the same remark can be applied to food – tasteless, small dishes, it takes ages to prepare and…..some of the most expensive dishes we’ve hand in whole Nepal. Better eat elsewhere on the street.
