Mostly these rest houses can be booked by the department they are under for example, " Forest Guest' or " Canal Guest Houses" are under the minsitry of forest and canals. But another way to get it is just go there and give some money to the handler or the manager of the rest house as a tip and he will let u stay and will arange everythoing. 1000 Pak rupees r more than enough ffor that.
