Holiday Inn, PampangaClarkton Hotel
I stayed at the Clarkton Hotel. It was clean, great food and buffet's. Not expensive. But, its not listed in Virtual Tourist. They do have a website.
As a US citizen I felt very safe in this hotel. And, check out the hair salon, the best hair cutter and manicure I ever had. The people are always key when in the Philippines. I was there to meet friends, not barhop. So I can't talk about that. Magarita Station was good for lunch and a few very cheap beers. The staff was also friendly and there is an internet cafe out back. The Clarkton Hotel, has an internet cafe there next to the bar. Very nice idea.
