A Tribal Experience
If you are into roughing it out, in search for a night of unique experience or is just in dire need of accomodation in Baguio, try the huts in Tam-awan village. These huts are provided with cushions and 2 blankets per person. Toilet and shower facilities are shared by the 10 or twelve huts but it is rarely occupied since not too many people would like to try the adventure.
Unique Quality: the huts are in the elevated "pseudo-forest" of the Tam-awan village. visitors have a choice of cooking their own food or ordering from the cafeteria. It gets really cold in here that's why 2 blankets are provided each person. A hut can accomodate upto 8 persons. A bonfire can be requested. It is really cheap. I think it costs about 900 pesos for 2 persons per night and for 10 persons, it costs only 2500 pesos. Could be a great place to spend a barkada night.
