Pine Breeze Cottages: Baguio City's Best Affordable Accommodation.

by miccaela

IN GENERAL:
The staff are very accommodating and friendly. The cottages are spacious and clean. The compound itself is a park.

FOOD AND ALL:
There are several picnic tables around the area and if you want to grill some barbecues just request and a staff will bring a grill right in from of your doorstep.
Most rooms are also equipped with gas stoves and basic utensils such as spoons and forks, plated, mugs, knife cooking pots, etc.

THE JOHN:
The bathrooms are clean and offers hot and cold showers. The water supply is generous.

INTERNET CONNECTIVITY:
Free WiFi access along the Administration Building. ;)

You must try and stay at least a night in one of their authentic Igorot Huts. It's a one of a kind experience.

Hotel 45: Baguio affordable hotel

by wanderingspice

Arriving late at night, i roamed around baguio city to look for a comfortable stay and affordable. I found Hotel 45 very near SM City Baguio. The price is around $20 per night with free breakfast. Most especially the hotel is new, clean and perfect for a good night rest.

With hot water, Cable TV, great view of the pine trees, affordable, clean and new.

#17 Upper Brookside: Family Townhouse

by asianbelle

The townhouse was a last minute find in the net. It's a 2-story fully furnished unit with an attic that can house 10 pax. On the ground floor is the kitchen (with ref, oven top, rice cooker, cooking equipment & utensils) and 1 T/B, while on the 2nd floor are the living room (with cable TV), balcony 1 T/B and a bedroom with double bed. In the attic are the other 2 bedrooms, (1) with 3 single beds and (1) with 2 sets of double deck beds.

The townhouse is located in a residential area, about 5-10 mins. drive from Session Road. The main road is easily accessible by jeepney (Trancoville route) and cabs are easy to hail. There is also a general merchandise store across the townhouse and for other needs, there's a 7-11 convenience store within 5 mins. walking distance.

Unfotunately, it was supposed to have hot-cold shower, but the water heater was having problems hence suply of hot water was not continuous. Likewise, water supply was a problem on the upper floor when faucets were opened simultaneously.

Being in a residential area, the place is quiet at night and the streets are well-lighted. It is safe to take a walk/stroll even beyond 10pm.

The balcony affords a view of both the hilly and low-lying parts of the city.

I was glad that they had a place for us during the Panagbenga event eventhough we just walked-in this Inn. At 1,100 pesos a room per night with TV, Fan and private bathroom. The room is big.

The place is just beside mines view park and good shepperd convent.

Ina Mansion: Ina Mansion

by sluggopineda

Stayed at Ina Mansion last May 2009. Paid around 1500 per night. Got a loft type room. The design of the room is nice, however, the place is kinda old na. Its a pity, maganda pa naman sana ung location and design ng room, sana na maintain lang.

The place is just at the back of Burnham park at Kisad Road (at the opposite side of session Road part).
