SERVICE- i say not all services are good but other staff compensated it. i suggest SMILES would be appropriate when guests arrived at the front desk and simple THANK YOU when they checked out. resto staff should be more attentive to guests when dining in. thanks to MAYOR and VICE (the waiters) for their efforts on our requests.HOUSEKEEPING staff also attended our requests for fixing hot water on our shower,pool attendants also provided us lots of beach towels whenever we go out on island tour and MAYOR who arranged our packed lunch and provided us cutleries to bring. thanks to VICE for waiting for us during our karaoke night till 11pm as other guests already sleeping. we suggest the guests to pre ordered midnight snack as the room service is up to 10pm only(24 hours should be better though). shuttle service also is a bit disappointing due to its time limits. theres no one you can speak to during late hours as no one answers the phone when problems arise.
FOOD- is so-so... dont order steak.. hehe . spicy squid is good, brazilian prawns also caldereta not bad.. try bulalo or seafood soup..
Unique Quality: the saltwater pool is great with lapu lapus and baby sharks. great views from the veranda and resto. facilities are ok. i personally dont like the tv reception please make it more clear
