quite ok

pretty central, needs some refurbishing, promo-rates available, medium friendly staff, ok rates.
ROOMS ABOVE THE HOTEL ENTRANCE FACING A DISCO CLUB ARE TERRIBLY NOISY AND ABSOLUTELY TO AVOID!!
for a 1 or 2 days city stay it's an ok-place - I think nobody wants to stay in CdO longer anyway...

Convenient and affordable hotel

Our stay in Cagayan de Oro was pretty much in and out of nature/adventure parks and trips by the river so more often than not, we were out of the hotel. If you have an action-packed schedule to follow and only need a decent place to stay with a hot shower and fresh towels and food readily available, this is the one for you. It's pretty cheap overall, but the room we picked didn't have a bathtub (we didn't think we needed it--you pay extra for rooms with that, of course). Rooms are about 3 people max, +200php in excess of one. We paid about 342php per person for our stay.

Unique Quality: It's about 5 minutes away from Limketkai center if you ride a habal-habal, and it's about 11 km away from the airport. No view, and if you stay in the lower ground, you're more open to the street noises outside, but it's not that much of a bother especially if you're going to watch TV anyway.

I haven't tried it out, but they say it also has a swimming pool and a tennis court. I

t's also walking distance to the main branch of Vjandep, if you want to get ahold of their famous yema-filled buns as pasalubongs. They sell it cheaper here!
