Jupiter suites really has gone downhill
the service fron the front desk was horrible. They obsessed with collecting money every few minutes from me. they tried to charge my student and me different amounts for the converter and internet cable. the students internet connection didnt even work in her room. They put me on a floor without an elevator despite their knowledge of my knee handicap. My tv didnt work the first night. They placed my room next to my students despite my request to be away from her room on my reservation request.
