Great location, ok facility
I was attending a multi-day conference at AIM, so there was nothing quite like rolling out of bed, walking a few steps to the elevator and "being there" but the AIM facilities have seen better days.
The whole place is reasonably clean and well-serviced, but a little dingy overall. And, at the price point they command, you'd reasonably expect better accommodation.
The staff is responsive enough, but uninspired. Overall, an "ok" experience.
Unique Quality: Easy walking distance to the Greenbelt shopping district with a lot of decent restaurants.
