Ribs, Barbecue & Grills Await Guests @ City Garden

Indulge in Australian Baby Back Ribs with its tender meat falling right off the bone prepared by City Garden Hotel-Makati. It is one of the gastronomic treats the hotel is offering via their Ribs, Barbecue & Grills promo, which runs for the whole month of June 2007. The hotel also serves steaks, seafood specialties, a variety of curries, Japanese and Italian delicacies at an inexpensive value.

Such cuisines are great for group and intimate dinner dates or business meetings. These are all served to pre-arranged or walk-in diners.

Unique Quality: Guests who checked-in during the hotel's Romantic June promo can choose and feast on appetizing Asian and International culinary galore served at the Le Jardin restaurant, which opens at 6am till 4pm. Then wake up to whiffs of brewed coffee or hot chocolate that goes with the set breakfast perking the sluggish guests from a night's relaxing sleep.

Aside from stuffing and delighting the cravings of their guests with tempting chow, City Garden Hotel-Makati never fails to deliver luxury living. It has a chic setting with a remarkably practical cost and no hidden agendas whatsoever. Room rates at City Garden Hotel come for as low as Php1450+ per person on Twin-Sharing basis. Plunge into the soothing and refreshing pool and flex tired muscles at the hotel's gym for free.

3 Star Hotel with a 5 Star Attitude!!!

I just Arrived in Manila and had Hotel Car Service pick me up.. When i got to the location i was Questioning...BUT as i walked in i felt the comfort of a quality hotel.. After i checked in.. i went to the Room and was like WOW!!! Very impressive place... and enjoyed my few day stay...
As my last day came i heard there was a pool/bar on the roof so i checked it out.. it was closed at that night but look very nice..
Plus i ate at the resturaunt on the second floor.. had the breakfast buffet.. quality food.

I give this place 2 thumbs Up.. a small 3 star place with the 5 star attitude..

Unique Quality: The furniture was nice and had the trendy edge to it..

Visit the roof.

Spotless clean rooms.
i had a very pleasant stay.

Like in all hotels the mini bar is overprized, but there's a 7-11 next door.

Unique Quality: free acces to the heated pool and health spa for guests.

the roof-deck pool offers a superb view of Makati.

reservations can be made over the internet.

I stayed at the Renaissance for one night because of power outages from a recent Typhoon. The hotel was very nice, the bed was very comfortable, the staff was excellent. I had ordered room service, they were very prompt, 20 minutes. The food was right temp and tasted excellent. Beautiful Decor, great breakfast buffet. Very inviting lobby

As i got to the hotel. I see Security Checking Point.. From the Taxi to the doorway into the hotel.
So one thing I FELT SAFE for any negative stuff..

It a true 5 star. From the lobby to the rooms. The view i had was fantastic to Makati City..
My fav was it was easy to go out n walk across to Greenbelt mall which had many food courts n nightlife..
Plus the pool was Fantastic in the front forth floor..

Culture Shock Equalizer

by westcovsurfer about Renaissance Hotel Makati

I always stay (8 times) at this hotel when I arrive and before I depart Philippines. The service and the atmosphere is real worthy of being part of the Marriott Hotel Family.

I always enjoy the restaurant where I would have my "welcome and despedida" with immediate family. The staff is very responsive. My family and friends meets me here before I trek to Ilocos Sur (another 8 hour or so travel by land). This is also where I am dropped off.

I simply love this hotel. My best plus is that it is walking distance to Greenbelt, Hallmark and SM for my last minute shopping for Pasalubong. 30 mins from NAIA and 25 min from Duty Free Philippines (major place to buy pasalubong when arriving Philippines) from electronic stuff to groceries.

Can any one help me out with a good hotel with airport pick up in manila. I dont want to risk anything and I am willing to spend 60(gbp) for a night. just so me and my girlfreind can safely get from the airport to the hotel and back again with no fuss in the space of 2 days. I am gonna want to get to Boracay as soon as possible. thank u

You can try New World Hotel in Makati. It has a good and safe location and fairly new hotel. It is at least a 4 star hotel. They should be able to provide you with airport to hotel pick up service.

I was in Boracay just last week and stayed in Waling Waling Hotel. Get the beach front rooms. The 2nd and 3rd floor would have the beach view. 2nd floor is partially block by some trees but you still get a nice beach view.

I can recommend Hotel intercontinental Manila in Makati City or The Westin Philippines Plaza near Manila Bay and much nearer at the airport, they can provide transfer for their guests for a fee.
