Hotel Indah Manila

me and my family Stayed Here for 1 day only we should be staying for 5 days i bail out my accommodation for the Reasons:

Hotel Indah: Cheap Rooms are Good

Facilities: it doesn't have a swimming Pool and Bar
Amenities: Complete

Employees:
a. Security Guard- Discourteous/ill mannered the two guards are just sitting around and smoking doesn't bother to help me with my luggage i think i saw the name of the Guard smoking "Domingo" i think he is stupid, the security and safety of this hotel i must say is not "we are not SAFE"

b. Front office Clerk - lack in knowledge in their work;Slow

c. owner- their is one incident the owner of the hotel quarrel or clash of words with his waiter at the cafe i saw the owner shouldered the waiter for no reason it surprises me with people eating at the cafe he can do that he is so stupid, why i knew that's the owner i ask who it is look like a Chinese;with eye glasses to the waitress.

TERRIBLE;Ill fated mannered no respect for its Employees.

D. Indah Cafe- Limited food Selection in the menu

E. Housekeeping- VERY POLITE

Unique Quality: rooms are clean but the towels are dirty; Bathroom "no hot shower"

Cable tv are blurred

Bed Couzy enough

i don't think this hotel is rated as 3-star Hotel may be it has no star rating at all lack on facilities
