Easy Transit to Domestic Terminals.....

Great (4.0 of 5.0 stars)
by written on February 23, 2012

I have stayed here many times now. It is ideal for one or two nights, I use it when I am travlelling to and from Mindanao and then Back to England.
The good parts of the hotel are Location, Safety, friendliness of staff.
You cannot get a better locaton than this hotel if you are in transit , it is only a few minutes walk from the main Terminal though it is better to take advantage of the free shuttle service.
It is based in the Airport compound and I have therefore always felt safe there.
The staff have always been very friendly, I made many friends in the bar there from filipinos who are working at the airport! There is also a KFC and a chinese style restaurant which are satisfactorary. The hotel has its own drivers who can take you to local malls but they are more expensive than metered taxis. However I felt happier paying the bit extra than taking a chance in a Manila taxi!
The not so good side is that the hotel is looking worn and a bit forlorn. The superior rooms have double beds and I think are much better than the standard rooms.
There is also a pool , 2 internet cafes, massage and beauty. The bar also offers food, karaoke seems to be on every night!

Unique Quality: I really like this hotel! It is far from perfect but I always feel safe there and in Manila that is very very important!!! The closeness of the main airport is very comforting, no chance of getting stuck in one of those nightmare Manila traffic jams and missing your flight!
If you are only staying 1 or 2 nights this hotel is very good. If you are staying longer maybe a hotel in another location would be better.

Directions: Please dont go walking outside of the hotel too far!!!! Manila can be dangerous and it is sensible tio stay within the hoptel compound unless you use one of the hotel drivers to take you shopping to one of the malls.

Ok choice if you travel early or arrive late.

I stayed one night at the Manila airport hotel after arriving very late one night to Manila due to very bad weather that delayed my flight.
I saw the hotel was just across the road when i exited the airport and decided that it was easier staying there instead of having to deal with taxi drivers who are well aware that they can raise the prise when it is late and the airport is full of tired travellers.
So i went over there and booked one night and that was quite ok.
My room was fine with a big double bed and i had several international tv stations on the tv.
The bathroom was clean and functional and staff was friendly even if they were a little on the slow side.
Breakfast was included and that was quite simple and nothing to rave about, but i was not feeling like a big breakfast anyway, so i was fine.
All in all this is an ok place to stay when you need to be right next to the airport, but you would not want to spend your entire holiday here.

Unique Quality: Walking distance from the airport.

Directions: Right across the road from the airport.

Easy check-in. Clean room. Courteous employees. Airport transfer available. Simple breakfast for 2 included in payment for room. Carpeted floor. Hot and cold shower, spacious bathroom. In-room refrigerator, cable TV, writing desk. Private car transfer to Mall of Asia or Makati or any other destination available for a fee. Wifi fee quite expensive. In-house travel agency. KFC located next door.

Unique Quality: Pool is available in separate wing of hotel. Nearest to NAIA Terminal 1 for early international flights.

Directions: Enter through Arrival ramp of NAIA 1, make a semi-circle to reach hotel entrance.
If not carrying luggage, just walk along the right side of the road from NAIA 1 Arrival Area and you will hit the hotel parking area and entrance.
