Good price and nice rooms
I stay now more then five month in this hotel. With a monthly rate of PhP 27,000 and 24 hours room service, Refrigerator, SAT-TV and friendly houskeeping it is more then acceptable. I tried to find other hotel places but I couldn't find. It is a seven strory building with two elevators now. The Restaurant and Coffee Shop is open from 6am to 10pm. The food is nice but not bravourous. But there are many Restaurants in this Malate/Ermita area. Just try it out.
