Right next to Red-Light

Typical Filipino courtesy from the staff made the stay pretty nice. The door guard would follow us around the building to make sure we were all right.

The area is not exactly a place you want to be a dignified traveler. If you are a tourist with other than Filipino blood, you will be looked at as a sex-tourist. It's hard to shake the feeling after being looked at in that way. This is a red-light district, with many girl-bar types of entertainment.

Unique Quality: It is more of an older condo. It has separate bedroom with option to open another bedroom for extra cost (of course). There is a very accommodating kitchen in which you can actually cook. TV wasn't bad at the time and the channels included many international broadcasts such as CNN and FNN.

Good Hotel Condo Type

Nice hotel, stayed there for several months in Makati near P . Burgos.

First I stayed in the one bedroom basic room, but had separate kitchen.

Then I moved to one bedroom suite, living room kitchen, dining room, separate bedroom, balcony. At the time it was 2000p per day, then 1250p per day if you stayed by the month, not a bad deal. No restaurant or Pool but good location, pleasant staff , good maid service.
