Casa Leticia - Small Friendly Hotel
Have stayed in this botique hotel three times and have never had a bad experience. It can be noisy between 10 and 12 at night due to traffic and people visiting Peoples Park across the street, but watching the people and visiting the park makes the stay even more enjoyable. I have experienced small hot water problems, but not anything to be concerned about. The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. I would go for a larger room/upgrade. Some rooms can be very small.
Unique Quality: Friendly, clean, good location, not over priced, great breakfast

Charming home away from home
The beds are wide and the colors are charming. Not much hot water at night though. Better take a bath in the morning.
Unique Quality: Its near one of Davao's business district and is across a park currently under construction as of Sept 13, 2007. Plenty of restaurants close by.

Great place to stay in the city.
Great service and staff. Breakfast included which was very good. Clean rooms and good service with a smile. Close to downtown Davao, walking distance to shops and eating places. Reasonable prices, would recommend going for the better quality rooms to ensure plenty of room. Aircon in every room although noisy at night. Cable tv included.
Downsides, trafic noise and noise from the "sports ground" across the road, although great to see the local activities. No swimming pool.
Unique Quality: Very friendly staff. Lots to see and do.

Staying in Davao
Very comfortable, modern and clean. Very friendly staff. Rooms cleaned daily.
A little noise from the sports field across the road but plenty of views of local people.
Recomended as a less expensive alternative to the bigger hotels in the same area.
Unique Quality: Good resteraunt. Friendly staff, personal service.
