Have stayed in this botique hotel three times and have never had a bad experience. It can be noisy between 10 and 12 at night due to traffic and people visiting Peoples Park across the street, but watching the people and visiting the park makes the stay even more enjoyable. I have experienced small hot water problems, but not anything to be concerned about. The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. I would go for a larger room/upgrade. Some rooms can be very small.
