Century 21 Hotel: Great hotel, modest prices

My wife and I recently visited her hometown of Iloilo and stayed in the Century 21 hotel. The staff there was just fantastic. We received friendly greeting from every staff member we encountered, from front desk to maids to door men. The facility itself is well maintained and very clean. The entry is very upscale with a doorman to handle your bags and underground parking if you are driving. Conveniently located close to Marymart and SM Delgado malls as well as several different banks and other conveniences down town. I felt very safe walking here even at night, and there are many restaurants close by, as well as a very good restaurant in the hotel lobby. There is a wireless hotspot for a small additional fee (I think 100 pesos per day unlimited), but I felt much safer paying this fee and being able to make transactions securely than relying on internet cafes where I was not so sure my data was secure. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, and will personally return there on any future trips to Iloilo.

Unique Quality: Full time maintenance staff. Friendly and professional front desk, restaurant staff and doormen. Underground parking. Good air conditioning and hot water. Large rooms with overview of city. Attractive, upscale decor. Nice on site restaurant with wireless hot spot.
