Don't Bother with This Hotel
The website makes it look inviting. Giving you various information about the awards it has won, the boutique-style hotel, with great service. In fact, this is all FALSE! We booked and pre-paid 6 nights before hand. Once we arrived there, we soon realised it was not at all what it claimed to be. The rooms were old, dusty and in need of a good clean, furthermore, the staff was not helpful or friendly. Within an hour of checking in, we decided to check out and find another hotel. According to the contract agreement, we could cancel our bookng and would be charged 1 nights stay. When we checked out, they said they would do the refund, but over the next 7 days of trying to get this refund, we never saw it. We even went to the POlice Station on BOracay to place an official complaint and the police even sided with us, based on the contract. Needless to say, this was to no avail and in the end- we got no refund and we even received the cold shoulder. We were given some excuse about all the paperwork being sent to their Manila office. In the end, we had to inform our credit card company of the issue and it was labeled a FRAUD situation. All in all, it was a very bad experience with this hotel and I would not recommend it to anyone.
