Best Value for all the amenities

Nipa Huts not beach front. But only a short walk away. One of the best values for all the extras you get. Also able to negotiate price with 2 day package deal. They take in lots of tour groups. Esp. the coco explorer cruise boat people. So they never know how many reservations they really have till last minute. Could have stayed there my whole trip if I wanted on a day to day basis at a cut rate price. Its off the beaten track so I think they are surprised at walk-ins. They always keep a couple of rooms open as the communication with the tour directors is almost non existant till the day of arrival. At least thats what it looked like to me and I stayed there a week.

Unique Quality: swimming pool, dive shop with insructors, mini bar in room, air con, included massage, breakfast included (you can even take your breakfast at the other Lorenzo resorts) , hot water. flush toilet, great landscape, verandas on each hut.

bad things? crowing roosters although those are hard to run away from on Boracay.
And the 50 ft. walk to White Beach is not pleasant as you feel your walking through locals houses!
