beachfront hotel with pool
hi,we are a group of 8 coming to boracay on october..can you help me suggest a nice accomodation ( beachfront) but not so luxurious that has a pool and a peaceful surrounding..together with me are some adults at ages 40-60..i have done quite a research on some of the resorts..kindly help me review at them.
1. boracay tropics
2. la carmela de boracay
3. seraph hotel
4. red coconut palace
5. two seasons boracay
6. microtel inn and suites boracay
7. cocomangas beach resort
8. one crescent place hotel
9. sea wind boracay
which among these listed are favorable?and if you can recommend /suggest , id sincerely appreciate it..thanks a lot.cheers

budget will range between 40-60k for the accomodation..i love 2 seasons hotel but they are on some paint works in october so i may have to cancel that one..i am eyeing on microtel inn and suites and boracay tropics..can help?thanks

you might want to try sea wind, its another triple A resort.

the budget is for 10 pax to accomodate..shangrila is too far from the 3 stations..and i dont think the rate is 40-60k..proabbly for shang its more than 100k..i will look into that resort mentioned above..thanks for the replies.

boracay tropics is not beachfront, it is on the main road. It seriously floods in that area after the rain, so perhaps not the best choice.
La Carmela also not great location and gets terrible reviews.
Red Coconut is fine except for the fact that you cant swim outside the hotel due to a smelly creek running into the sea.
Microtel is far from White Beach.
If I had to pick I would go with Two Seasons or Seawind. nicer part of the beach too.
