We took a day trip to Sampaguita Gardens Resort primarily to visit Jojo's Christmas Cottage. It was when we arrived that we realized that the Cottage is part of a resort being developed by Mr. Sam Butcher, owner of Precious Moments.

The resort has 7 types of rooms: economy or dorm, standard, de luxe, executive, honeymoon, family, and presidential suites. It also boasts of a gym, spa, and swimming pool in addition to the different attractions housed within the compound. There is a multi-purpose hall used for receptions and parties. An area was spared for kids where a mini-carousel, a Noah's ark and other rides are available. A chapel is also under construction.

The lounge, furnished with wicker seats and table, opens to a ground facing the sea.
