Garden Cafe: Nice hotel in East Bohol

I stayed for one night in February 2006. It's a nice small ** hotel in an area where there aren't really any others. All the staff are deaf, so does that mean there will be noise or there won't be? (copyright Alan Partridge). I think the latter. It's owned by a Westerner, I paid 800pesos and would stay there again.
