BC Hometel

We were very very disappointed with this "so called" HOMETEL. The woman who arranged the trip was a rip-off!!!! She promised that somebody was gonna pick us up and that the food would be ready by the time we reach the hotel and she told us that there would be a reserved room for us. BUT ALL OF THESE ARE ***!!!!!!!!! SHE WAS EVEN ***IN' THAT THEY WERE SO TIRED AND HAVEN'T EATEN THEIR BREAKFAST!! WTF!! Is this what you call GOOD SERVICE?? The place is nice, but it's worthless if they have bad service..... Please don't make any arrangements with this ***!!.... This place is a RIP-OFF!!!! I strongly DON'T recommend this place.......

No great qualities at all....

BC Hometel: BC Hometel Sucks

I am a Bikolana and i really love travelling. This holy week, i decided to bring my family to Caramoan for the first time. I made advance booking for 2 rooms to BC Hometel through its proprietor Fely Belleza and made advance payment as well. I also made arrangements with them to pick us up from the port, food and boat. On the day of the Caramoan travel, i texted and tried to call them several times to inform that we are already at the Sabang port so they will know what time to pick us up. None of the calls and texts were answered. When we arrived at the port, nobody was there to pick us up. So we have to find our own transportation to go to BC Hometel. To add up to the huge disappointment of the poor service, BC hometel informed us that they did not prepare our food and make reservations for the boat. No apologies was received and she was blaming us because she is not having her breakfast yet. We waited for almost 2 hours and still no food. This is the worst vacation i had!!!! Its a sad thing that it happened to my own province. I really don't know if i can still recommend Caramoan a place to visit if there are people like Fely Belleza. We decided to go home on that same day.

West Pen: Best of the "West"

West Pen is the best place to stay in Caramoan, having a 5-star like accommodation, service and food, a humble island could offer. Sir Joenard and Jessie are only two of the many staff that have been very helpful to our short trip.

West Pen offers very nice cabanas that are very cozy and clean... A highly recommended hotel and their packages are worth every cent. We'll come back soon for sure!!!

Riverview Inn: Inn by the River

Stayed here as part of a group trip. Basic accommodation, decent bed, clean sheets, working airconditioner and CR, even includes TV with cable. All in all a pleasant stay and fairly cheap at 1,000 per night. Some rooms have queen beds, others have two single beds. Near the church and the market, however, you'd have to travel quite a bit to reach the bancas that will take you island hopping.

Tugawe Cove Resort: Newest Beach Resort in Caramoan

Tugawe Cove resort is a newly opened beach resort located in Caramoan, Camarines Sur. The beach is a small cove with powdery white sand. It is very private and secluded. It is for the exclusive use of guests only.

Around the cove are tall hills made of limestone. Getting to the cabanas, guests will cross a wooden bridge which is built at the side of limestone wall.

Cabanas have veranda where guests can have their meal or just to lounge. Each cabana is airconditioned, with its own toilet and bath. It is also equipped with 32" LED TV set and Cignal satellite TV.

Infinity pool is being built at the highest part of the place overlooking the sea.

Emerencia Homestay: Not so known but great homestay

Basically this homestay is a home owned by a high school teacher in Caramoan. It is similar to an apartelle which provides you with a kitchen, living room (television, dvd player), 2 a/c bedrooms and extra matresses to fit people. And it is also near Sights and Sand tourist inn where we had our meals. (unfortunately i wasn't able to take note of the contact numbeR)

It's simple, and you don't only have a room, but a whole house to yourselves.

Residencia de Salvacion: ala Family Resthouse

Great place to stay! They’ll take care of you as if you're visiting your relatives for a vacation, filling you w/ stories around the place from Ate Myrna and Ate Gina as they guide you along the trip.

RdS is a simple and cozy home w/ clean Ac rooms for a comfy night sleep; T&B w/ hot showers for a refreshing and relaxing bath especially after being wet from caramoan islands tour. They also got cable LCD TV. And at the spacious sala, their videoke is available for you to sing your hearts out!

They are also very accommodating as I inquired regarding their package tour rates at 3 in the morning, to my surprise I got a reply after a few minutes! Talk about fast reply! They would try to answer all your inquiries about caramoan and even help and guide you to whatever info you may need to know if you are to take the tour by yourselves and avail only their bed and breakfast. Kuya Edgar is also very kind enough to grant our request to have a side trip at CWC and Consocep falls before we leave Naga.

Thanks for having us stay at RdS! Makes our Caramoan Adventure feels like we are with our family!

Luckily, I left my tripod face plate at RdS when I was cleaning it the night before we left. Since Ate Myrna frequently drives Naga-Manila, I asked them if i can get it at their place in Manila, and they said that it is already there for me to pick up. Sweet!
