St. Bernard's Beach Resort: Great lil huts on the beach

We stayed at the Saint Bernard Beach Resort, they’re these great lil huts, and pretty cheap. I believe it was 900P for a hut without A/C, 1100P with. Each hut has a full bed and you can pay extra for a roll out.

The staff is exceptionally nice and speak English very well. It's right on the beach and extremely beautiful.

Budyong Beach Resort: Peaceful and quiet Resort

Upon arriving here, a bunch of locals climbed to our boat (from Malapascua Island we hired a boat to take us in Bantayan) to offer us where we can stay. They are like bees, buzzing! We first checked Budyong Beach Resort then Kota Beach which is beside Budyong. We choose Budyong because it offers a smaller rate.

Simple resort and quiet. Nice beach front and sandbar.

Exceptional Food and Accomodation at Bantayan

The food is exceptionally good! We originally thought that it was done by a professional chef. To our surprise, the cook is a local resident there, Manang Beth!! Even the staff, Awe, knows how to serve properly. If not for the surrounding landscape, I'd thought I'm dining in a hotel.

The cottages are picturesque and clean. It also smells clean. For a fair rate, the room is air conditioned and they also provide an electric fan. It's also cute that the room has a mirror shaped like a boat.
