Conveniently located Pension House

Casa Rosario has a good location, accommodating staff, affordable rates, clean rooms. It is beside a small coffee shop and some food establishments nearby as well as walking distance to a Catholic church (Redemptorist). It also has a free and fast wi-fi connection.

Elegantly Cheap

This by far is the best pension house I have ever stayed in in Cebu. Just across St. Theresa's College, the place is the cleanest and the most elegant pension house. A third floor has just been recently added to accomodate the growing patrons of this place. They offer internet access on the lobby (though I haven't tried if they have a fast internet connection), they also offer breakfast for an additional charge, 24-hour security and friendly staff. Though I had some creepy moments in this place, I don't if it was just a product of my imagination and alcohol influence that night or it is actually real. hehehe. But then, should I be given a choice, I will definitely stay here again.
