Hi all, i am looking for a place in cebu city that is affordable ( under 10k php/month) with internet access and relatively safe. How would one best go about doing this?
Try Po Apartment in Lahug area. It's overlooking the city, it's farther up from Cebu Plaza Hotel, the one you see on top of a mountain. I stayed there for 3 months for 3.5K pesos a month.

i dont know about broadband. as long as you have a landline you can connect to the internet right?

Cebu Plaza Hotel is a nice hotel on top of beverly hills... it overlooks the whole city of cebu... If im not busy at the hospital (im a doctor in training), I can show you around cebu for a minimal fee... ( just for an extra buck, med school is expensive =)
