Inexpensive, Right in the middle of things.
It is clean and livable. No pool. Barely an inhouse restaurant. You are walking distance or a cheap cab ride to what ever you may want. The rooms are spartan but spacious. The staff is beyond friendly.
Unique Quality: It is clean and livable. It's right in the heart of the city and will cost you around $30 a night. It's walking distance to Robinson Center(a mall/department store)/ Fuente Osmeña(The town center in a different century) and a $2 cab ride to anywhere else.
