There are 2 wings - east and west. This resort is among the first (if not the first) 1st class resorts in Cebu. Great Accommodations and great food. It's clean and the staff are ready to serve you anytime. the Beach is white but this is man-made though. has a pool and loads of other activites (jetski, volleyball, etc. etc. etc.)
city: marriott, waterfront, marco polo plaza, park lane, golden peak
resort (5stars): shangrila, plantation bay, hilton
resort (3stars): tambuli resorts, maribago bluewaters, whitesand
Tambuli Beach Resort, Mactan Island, Cebu City
Will be staying in the Maribago area. Undestand there R several hotels there -
White Sands, Bluewater & tambuli's 3 resorts.
Is it possible to walk between these 5 resorts ? Distance-wise and also security-wise along the beach front ?
(Or is it too far to walk or do we need to go in by the front (via road) due to security concerns?)
What’s good for breakfast & dinner among the 5 hotels ?
Read that Lunch buffet at white Sands is good (at 300P?) – do they have good dinner option as well?
If service chg is included in bill - do we still need to tip ?
Can we use local transport mode (Jeepney, pedicap, bus,etc) to travel to Lapu city ? How often do these come by & how much do they cost ?

I think the Tambuli Group (Tambuli east and West, Cebu Beach Club) is adjacent to Maribago Bluewater. Walking distance, or you can take a trike. Not sure where white sands is though.
I took a trike (about 20 per pax) to the nearest poblacion(town) to Tambuli.

It that a tricycle? (ie powered by small engine & not leg power?)
Are there also Vans & Jeepney running the main road that links these resorts & how far from the lobbies are the main road ?

yup, tricycles.
not sure of the van, but i think there are jeepneys on the main road.
from the lobby of cebu beach club to the main road is about less than 10min walk. but my estimate isn't reasonable as i walk very leisurely. hahaha
