I've stayed countless times in this pension house and usually we are more than 3 in a room. It's cheap but centrally located and most of all, safe even for solo women travellers.
It's near the Capitol and the busy Fuente Osmeña. If you go hungry just walk one block and you're in Puente Osmeña and you can have your choice of restaurants and give away food items like mango chips and biscuits called otap. Friendly and efficient staff
Laundry and ironing services available
Near malls, churches and hospitals. Very accessible for taxi and PUJs.
