Diving in Malapascau

I went to Malapascau in the end of the last December. (Dec 2002). My first diving experience was amazing. There are lots to see. I saw White Tip Shark. How lucky I was - Seeing a shark in my first diving !!!! You can get all the equipment there basically. However, I would recommend those have rare size to bring along your wet suit, boots, fins, mask.

Alegre Guitars

This factory boasts not only their popular guitars but also the huge mango tree extending shades to the premises. Since i was a kid, i used to hear this line, ang sista sa Alegre maayo ug calidad! meaning, Alegre guitars have good quality! On our recent visit, we did a sightseeing trip including this itenirary. It is fascinating to see the process of making them, the various designs , good quality of material used and affordable. Ukeleles, the small ones, are the best souvenirs to buy. Well, if the luggage doesn't have any more space , the guitar keyholders or magnets will do as take away things.

Club Ultima

"Welcome to Cebu"

I initially booked our Cebu tickets to seek for adventure, little did I know that Cebu was so commercialized that I didn't feel the "out of town" vibe. I should have went to the islands like Bantayan or Malapascua instead. Must do more research next time. ;)

On the other hand, Cebu was indeed beautiful. It's unfortunate that we weren't able to visit tops - it's known to be a romantic spot as others say.

For those who seek for historical sites, Cebu is a must see for you.
