The resort is a 40 minute drive from the airport in Gasan over paved roads 90% of the way. Road concreting is ongoing.
A 3 - minute rubber boat ride from the jetty and you are in Bellarocca, which is located on a 10 hectare hilly islet, 60 meters asl at its highest point.
The resort has an 80 meter strip pebble beach. Booties are recommended.
Snorkelling gear, kayak and windsurf can be used free of charge. Charges apply for Hobie Cat, jetski (P2750 / 15 minutes) and scuba gear.
Guests can also play free of charge at the 9-hole Bellarocca golf course, which is on the main island about a kilometer from the resort.
Game room with billiard, fussball and computers. Rooms have DVD player. Guest can borrow video and books at the game room.
Service was good but less than excellent. Rooms were clean, but not spotless.
Unique Quality: While the corals have a long way to go to full recovery, the waters around the island teem with a variety of fish species - wrasse, domino damsel, angelfish, jacks, lionfish and blue and yellow fish. At the rear of the resort, you might come across sea turtles and a moray eel. (You can snorkel around the island in 50 minutes.) Visibility is at least 50 meters.
The rooms have a great view of the sea and Marinduque island.
