Koskossnuss Resort is a family owned resort. The owner and his family live in the same place. Family members,staff,guests use the same office and hang out in the same area.
What keeps us happy is the aircon which works well. Most of the guests,once they discovered a new hotel in the area,will always transfer on their second night.
We booked our room in advance(October) for the month of December with the price of P 1,596. When we checked out, they charged us P 1,780/room. They did not return the excess money. The food bills are always multiplied by two or three times even if you only order once. If I were you,check your bills thoroughly before you pay.
Their staff are not well trained to handle guests and their complaints. They only greet you when the German owner is sitting outside.
I will not recommend this place.

Unique Quality: The one that they claimed a swimmig pool is about knee deep high, with no tiles and a big fountain was placed in the middle. It means you can't really swim in it because it is too small, about a meter radius. It is more of a fountain to me than a pool .
We stayed at Room D(aircon room). It is good for a couple only because the room is so small. The toilet have only curtain as a cover so when nature's call, the other partner should go out of the room unless they can bear the smell...Note: This is the most expensive room that they offer. Non-aircon room is bigger than aircon room.
Garden is not well kept,consists mainly of shrubs and grasses.
The food is bearable...We prefer to eat outside.
You have to request for the TV controller bec it is not included in the room. TV is place high above the ceiling.In here,carry your own luggages because no one is around to help you.
